Lorsqu'on entre les informations d'identification (nom, docteur, date, etc), celles-ci devraient se retrouver par défaut dans la suite, notamment dans l'outil d'ajout manuel de texte.

On peut commencer par faire çà simplement.
Il faudra ensuite qu'on revoit la partie identification et accès au dossier patient.
